656 iPhone Developers to Follow on Twitter – Add Yourself Too!

twitterlogo.png Whether you use it or not, you’ve probably heard of Twitter – ostensibly a social networking tool where you let people know what you’re doing but, ultimately, far deeper than that (that description is like describing e-mail as “a way to send words to people”). There are lots of iPhone developers on Twitter and a couple of weeks ago, Tim Haines, a New Zealand based developer, started a Google spreadsheet “iPhone Developers on Twitter” to collect everyone together. So far 656 iPhone developers are listed!

Browse through the list of Twitterers (which includes the apps they’ve worked on) or fill out this form to add yourself to the list. There are a lot of big names on the list already. For example, you could follow David Barnard (the guy behind App Cubby), Dan Burcaw (Brightkite app) or Raven Zachary (founder of iPhoneDevCamp).

Lastly, we at MobileOrchard are big fans of Twitter too, and you can follow @MobileOrchard if you want to keep up with us another way. You can also follow me (Peter Cooper) personally at @peterc, as well as Dan Grigsby at @dcgrigsby.
